Please note that in case of a return or exchange, the policy mentioned below will be followed.
Return Policy & Return Process
We do not accept returns for personal hygiene products. For rest of the products, we do accept returns (only if informed within 24 hours from the date and time of the delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org), the customer themselves needs to send us the product to our warehouse using any courier company. Once we receive the parcel, we will immediately initiate the refund and it will reflect into customer's bank account as per their bank processing time.
Exchange Policy & Exchange Process
In case of exchange, we do offer exchanges (only if informed within 48 hours from the date and time of the delivery at email@example.com), the customer themselves needs to send us the product to our warehouse using any courier company. Once we receive the parcel, we will immediately create their exchange order and ship it.
Pickup Service - In case the customer wishes that we get the shipment picked up ourselves, then in such case, as we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100.00 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).
Our replacement policy allows for customers to request a replacement for any products that are received in non-working or damaged condition within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
To initiate a replacement, customers must inform us of the issue within this timeframe. Once we have received this notification, we will work with the customer to arrange for a replacement product to be sent to them as soon as possible.
Please note that this replacement policy only applies to products that are received in non-working or damaged condition, and does not cover issues related to normal wear and tear or product misuse.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we import our products internationally, and custom fees and taxes are immediately charged upon receipt of the order. These fees are non-refundable, and unfortunately, we are unable to absorb the cost of cancelling orders.
